Expansion I/Os from Auto-Maskin are expansion modules for DCU enginge controllers.

RIO 410 Remote I/O Unit

The RIO 410 is an expansion module designed to allow specifiers to integrate the demanding variety of sensors and switches found today on vessels into the DCU or other ships systems.

The DCU can accept up to four RIO’s, and with 24 inputs, for switches, PT100 and 4–20mA sensors, and two off 24V outputs and 2 off relay outputs, this means each DCU can accept over 100 input/outputs utilizing the RIO 410s.

RIO 210 Remote I/O Unit

The unit is easily interfaced to the engine panel on the provided 2-wire RIO Link.

RIO 412 Exhaust Temperature Interface

The RIO 412 is a rugged 20-channel K-type thermocouple unit with a SAE J1939 CAN bus interface. It makes accurate exhaust temperature monitoring affordable and easy.

RIO 216 Remote I/O Unit

The RIO 216 connects easily on the 2-wire CAN bus of the DCU 410E/408E or the DCU 210E/208E engine panels.

MK-14 Relay Expansion Unit

The MK-14 is a compact relay expansion unit, with 14 relays on-board. Each relay has a potential-free changeover contact.

RK-66 Interface Module

This interface block is a mandatory requirement for each DCU 305 controller, and is included when purchasing any DCU 305.

AK-6 Analog Expansion Unit

The AK-6 easily adds six more 4-20mA channels to the DCU 305 panels of type R2 and R3. Only one unit can be used per DCU 305 panel.
